    The hotel was a holiday base for enjoying a nice enough area, very close to the lake and all the good restaurants and coffee shops and beer corner, markets, nightlife, restaurants and the centre. The staff was amazing and delivered exceptional service. The rooms were impeccable and luxurious, had shower facilities, a hair dryer and a bidet.

    Really good service from the reception staff, and the breakfast selection was good, especially the American pancakes. The cleanliness of the Beautiful Double Room was excellent. The gym was quite small was great. The room's size was a bit misleading compared to the pictures, and the surrounding noise could occasionally be intrusive at night.

    The honeymoon suite city view was beautiful and super clean. The staff were friendly and were really good, especially vivian, who arranged our tours and gave great local recommendations. The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything! The rooftop pool was a fantastic way to unwind.
